It appears that the House Judiciary subcommittee looking at the bill (HB 3) to make illegally obtained evidence more easily admissible in criminal cases has approved the bill and sent it on to full committee.

The same is true for the Senate Education subcommittee looking at lifting the charter school cap (SB 8).

Meanwhile, today’s House Elections Committee, at which SBOE head Gary Bartlett had been expected to testify, has been cancelled.
